Victorian Suby drivers: trip this Sundday 14th

Hey there everyone.

I know it's short notice, but planning a day trip out to ****** this Sunday 14th July.

I'm not down with all the tracks out there, and their condition, so it'll be a "see how we go" kinda drive. Should be a bit wet too, so loads of fun!!

Any takers??

Doug - I knew I'd stumble across you on this forum eventually! I'm going to recommend meeting somewhere in the township of Toolangi, unless there's anywhere distinctive on the Melba or Maroondah highways you want to suggest?

No real route or anything planned, just a bit of a drive around and see what fun we can find!

I'm not thinking any time overly early, maybe meeting there at like 11, give us a reasonable amount of drive in time? There don't appear to many landmarks in Toolangi, but there's something called "Toolangi Castella Community House" on Google maps, could just park out the front of there?
 
Guys I would suggest you meet in Healesville next to the Cole Express (Shell) in Harker st on the cnr of the Maroondah Hway as you come in. That way you can fuel up and then proceed up to Myers Creek road that will take you to the Toolangi State Forest. You could detour to Mt St Leonard / Monda track on the way.

Super keen to see some pics from this, thered be some absolute crackers im sure.

The only pics i took was of my brothers pajero :(
As well as some dashcam footage of the descent which will be coming soon
