Hi folks, what a great forum.
These strips that our moon roof glass sits on are perished and cracking apart and very hard.
I'm thinking of a d y replacement using 12 mil by 6 mil sticky backed neoprene tape from Clark rubber.
there are lots of of assurances on the packaging as to it's effectiveness and the store owner told me that people come in and get it for their sunroofs.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

An interesting question as probably something I will encounter eventually, however, I'm not able to find any info here

Thanks Kevin,
The product from Clark rubber looks like the business.
Another well-known national hardware chain only had window and draught seal is in a similar line.
I think I'll give it a go.

Interestingly, our Para Rubber's logo looks like Clark Rubber's. They may actually be of the same company or the same umbrella. I can always find automotive rubber strips there in many sizes. The store is particularly handy when restoring cars.
