Default Muddies for SH

Excellent! What tyres does that SG have on it? I would love to have a set of those for muddy tracks!

That's my poor, beat up SF Foz. Had a hard life lol.

Tyres are Kumho Road Venture KL71 muddies, excellent offroad & surprisingly good for a muddy onroad. They've been replaced by MT51 but can still be found at tyre shops. Hugely popular 4wd tyre

Doesnt look beat up at all. Looks ok still have that stock look. Those tires must be loud on road , do they? What snorkel is that?
And thanks for the info about what we need to have on our cars i never thought of that too much just have some 4t snatch strap or couple them in my trunk but no bow shackles.

It looks like those tyres are not available in 16 inch. Will 15 inch rims fit on an SH?

No.

I don't know if the Audi pepperpots will fit but you may get a very expensive 15" rally wheel to fit.

Any suggestions for mud tyres equal in diameter to 215X70X16 for 16 inch rims?

Don't know about muddies but you'll get a BFG KO2 AT in that size.

Yeah there's a few muddies in 16" but I'm not sure about 215/70/16.

15" rally rims are coming down in price now more people here are getting them. Give these guys a call:
Methods - Race Wheels Australia

Other choices are Motegi MR139, Konig Control, OX wheels OX817. Just confirm they fit a SH first, I think they do but not 100% sure.

scalman, the Kumho KL71 are slightly noisier than the other set I have, Geolandar G012, not bad like most muddies. Reasonable grip onroad for a muddy but nothing like the Geolandars. Probably just a little less grip than BFG KO2s
