Slammed 164 is on a distinguished road
Default Hello from down under

G'day,
Subaru 4x4 culture is very strong is my area of australia and I want to pick up a nice comfortable yet 4x4 capable rig to get out more often.
I'm picking up an outback my07 next week and will be modifying it for some light off road mainly sand dunes and to be able to camp out the back of it.

My very special car that I shameless love more than anything is a 1974 Volvo 164 slammed to the ground with air bag suspension, it has a Toyota 1JZ and makes 340hp it hauls ***. However being so special I need a dependable daily car so here I am.
Cheers

I hope you have changed the gear shift knob, having your hand on that snub nose when pulled over, could leave Officer Mohamed Noor no other choice.

Ahahaha no that's my favourite part, have been pulled over once and got flooded with compliments on the car, he especially loved the shifter.

I used to work for Volvo. I remember a customer who had a 164 like yours with a turbo fitted. The 3 litre straight 6 with a turbo was a potent car.
